The 2008 Notices of Appraised Value have been sent form the Collin Central Appraisal District. Later I will post the results of what the assessments of the buildings in Adriatica came in at. It will be interesting to see what value will be assigned to Mr Blackard's residence located in the Harbor District. Check back soon...
