Collin County prosecutors closed their case with their most damaging piece of evidence - DNA taken from the model home where Sarah Anne Walker, 40, of Frisco, died that either matched Walker or her accused killer.
Both the state and the defense rested their cases in the second day of the capital murder trial of 27-year-old Kosoul Chanthakoummane. The state rested its case after two days of testimony from members of Walker’s family, McKinney Police Department personnel and forensic and DNA experts.
