McKinney could have a second performing arts center, if the owner of the company building and managing the Adriatica Croatian Village Stonebridge has his way.Jeff Blackard, owner of the Blackard Group, said he wants to build a 1,300-seat theater that would be designed by acoustic engineer Craig Jensen.“Why don’t we, for once, keep our tax dollars here for the McKin-ney ISD?
