Dr.Buchanan's office has approximately 1,200 square feet listed for $3,500 a month, or about $4,500 a month triple net (includes taxes, insurance, maintenance,electricity etc.).The $4,500 a month comes out to about $38.00 a square foot on an annual basis. The office is very nice, but I think it will be a hard sell at $38.00 per square foot in this market area.
