The 2007 Arts and Jazz Festival features local and regional artists representing every mix and medium of art, ranging from garden, steel, glass, wooden, and pottery art to paintings to children’s arts and crafts activities. Downtown restaurants and food vendors will offer a variety of treats. In addition, downtown McKinney will host a wine tasting featuring award winning wines from a dozen wineries from North Texas who have come together to celebrate this year’s new vintage release wines. Local and regional jazz musicians will be featured on multiple stages throughout the weekend.

The event takes place June 2 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and June 3 from noon to 5 p.m. Admission is free to the public and there is plenty of parking at the 10 parking lots north, south, east, and west of the square.
