McKinney's hurricane evacuee shelters reopened for Hurricane Ike evacuees less than two weeks after they opened for Hurricane Gustav evacuees.Anna Folmnsbee, McKinney spokeswoman, said the city and Red Cross officials "reactivated" both of their hurricane shelters at 1 p.m. today to house evacuees of Hurricane Ike.
