The Blackard Group announces its newest addition to the Adriatica development. Drs. Tracey Banks, Lori Halderman, Jennifer Allen and Anita Chin of the North Central Women's Health Partners (NCWHP) will be relocating to the heart of Stonebridge Ranch. The groundbreaking for this event will take place at 1 p.m. on FridayThe Blackard Group commissioned Ray Eckenrode of Appian Commercial Realty to obtain the finest physicians to become a part of the Adriatica medical community. The NCWHP will be a quality addition in Adriatica's medical park area.Since their startup nine years ago, the North Central Women's Health Partners have experienced extraordinary growth. "We moved into our current facility three years ago and outgrew it after 1.5 years. We were looking for a premier location to build our new facility. Adriatica had everything we were looking for from its ideal centralized location to its distinctive architecture and design," said Dr. Banks. In working with designer Kevin Dingman of 7th Century Design, LLC., the image was conceptualized of a 14,000 square foot state-of-the-art complex allowing NCWHP to meet the needs of their expanding practice, while keeping with Blackard's vision of a true Croatian village in architectural appeal. "This will be one of the finest buildings in the Metroplex," remarked Jeffory Blackard, President and CEO of Blackard Group, Inc.Although the Blackard Group receives calls daily about space, they seek out the "Best of the Best" in each of the medical fields, and the NCWHP easily meets that criteria
