The Stonebridge Ranch Community Association's 2008 Annual Meeting will be held at 6:30PM, Thursday, March 27. You may begin registration at 6:00PM. Hand-delivered proxy votes should be delivered prior to the start of the meeting.
This is not just the normal Annual Meeting. At this meeting, we will elect four (SRCA member) Directors to the Board, replacing those four Directors who have represented the developer on the Board. After this very important election, all seven Board Members will be SRCA Members. In order to hold this meeting, a quorum is necessary to be present - either in person (preferred) or by proxy. We need approximately 900 members to be present, either in person or by properly delivered proxy. If you cannot attend this meeting, please make sure your Directed Proxy is completed and submitted! You may do so by: - delivering it to the Association Office, 6201 Virginia Parkway, before 5:00 pm on March 24, 2008- mailing it to the Association Office, to arrive before 5:00 pm on March 24, 2008- faxing it to the Association Office at 214-778-0595 before 5:00 pm on March 24, 2008- delivering it to the Annual Meeting (deliver before the meeting starts) (for questions, please call the Association Office at 214-733-5800) If you cannot find the proxy form, a copy is attached. In order to facilitate the delivery of proxies, each Village may want to designate a person or two within that Village as a collection point for proxies to be delivered.
